Running Codex
Give Codex a bounded repository, isolated worktree, validation commands, time limit, and explicit publication policy.
Initial permissions
Repository Analysis is read-only. A Change Mission requires a repository.modify approval before isolated worktree writes, tests, and one local commit. Publish for Review is a second approval bound to that exact commit and pull request. Merge and deployment remain denied.
From analysis to review
Analysis produces an artifact, structured Recommendations, and Repository Health observations. Create a Change Mission from a Recommendation, approve its implementation plan, inspect the diff and validation evidence, then separately approve Publish for Review when the local commit is ready.
