A persistent, evidence-backed finding from Repository Analysis that can be tracked and turned into focused work.
Traceability
Each Recommendation remains linked to its source mission, analysis artifact, repository-relative evidence, acceptance criteria, and suggested validation. Its lifecycle can move through Open, Accepted, In Progress, Completed, Stale, or Dismissed.
Create a change mission
One action creates an approval-gated Repository Change Mission with the objective, evidence, acceptance criteria, and safe validation suggestions already linked. The Recommendation itself never grants write authority.
