Five-minute setup
Connect Mission Agent
Connect a local Codex runtime, confirm its outbound pull channel, and complete a genuine read-only repository analysis without inbound networking.
1. Connect
Create an account, choose Codex, and run the checksummed command inside the first Git repository you want to register—or append --repository /absolute/path. This creates one local agent for the machine, not one agent per repository.
2. Verify
The onboarding page advances only after a signed heartbeat, assignment pull readiness, and at least one eligible repository are confirmed. Run mission-agent doctor for local diagnostics.
3. Run
Select the registered repository and launch Analyze this repository. Mission Agent pulls the assignment over outbound HTTPS, renews its lease, reports bounded progress, uploads a checksummed Markdown artifact, and completes the mission.
Operations
Use the stable mission-agent command: status, doctor, repository list, repository add /path, repository inspect <id>, repository remove <id>, update, and logout --yes. Immutable versioned executables remain behind this command.
